Ham, Egg & Cheese Monkey Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Smithfield Spiral Ham diced
- dijon honey mustard
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon half and half
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup green onions, finely chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a nonstick bundt pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat eggs, milk and half and half until smooth. Separate dough to individual pieces; cut each biscuit into quarters. Gently stir biscuit pieces into egg mixture to coat evenly then fold in diced Smithfield Spiral Ham, Cheddar and Swiss cheese, and green onions (reserve 1 tbsp for garnish). In bundt pan, arrange biscuit pieces in even layers. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes. Remove the bread out of the pan onto a large round plate. Serve with Dijon honey mustard.
