Your smoked bacon ships frozen with dry ice in a recyclable Styrofoam cooler and may arrive frozen or partially thawed. Please refrigerate or re-freeze upon receipt.
THAWING:
If frozen, please thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
STORAGE:
Sliced bacon may be refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for up to 3 months, and still maintain maximum flavor.
HEATING:
Skillet Method – Place bacon slices in unheated skillet. Cook slowly over low heat to desired crispness, turning occasionally.
Oven Method – Preheat oven to 400°F. Place bacon slices on a broiler rack or shallow baking pan. Bake 15-17 minutes or to desired crispness.
SEASONING:
No further seasoning is recommended.

Thick, Lean, Flavorful ( no sugar added!)

The very best!!!!
My sister in law is visiting my mom, who I order for, and in this case , bacon. She said "I don't know where you got that bacon from, but I ate so many slices, I'm ashamed. It was Smithfield's. I'll send her some for the holidays.
