Your sausage ships frozen with dry ice in a recyclable Styrofoam cooler and may arrive frozen or partially thawed. Please refrigerate and use within 5 days or re-freeze upon receipt. If frozen, please thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Sausage may be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months, and still maintain maximum flavor. Skillet Method – Slice thawed sausage roll into 16 thin patties. Place in a skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning to brown evenly, 13 to 18 minutes. Sausage isn't just for breakfast! Life Saver
I bought the bacon and sausage combo when it was on sale for the bacon, I had never taste the sausage before. Well I can say for sure I haven't gotten another sausage since. So Thank you now for just the sausage sale now & in time for Thanksgiving stuffing.

% star sausage
I can't find a sausage with as great a taste as Smithfield's sausage. My local store used to carry it and they have stopped. Even the leading brand doesn't carry a candle to your sausage. I'm pleading with our local grocer to restock and have my fingers crossed that it will show back up soon. For that authentic sausage flavor you have to try Smithfield. Be careful, it can be habit forming (in a good way)
